RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Maison Kin accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us via email and we will do our best to help you.

Products purchased using an online discount are only eligible for exchange. Products purchased using a gift card are final sale. Opened discovery sets are not eligible for return or refund.

In the case of damages, missing or incorrect items, please send a photo depicting the issue.

To start the return process simply contact us via email, include your order number, reason for return and any photos depicting the issue. A member of our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions. If your return is accepted, the cost of original and return shipping and $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please include your invoice number or mention your order number in the return package.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 days. 

What items are returnable?

All items are returnable however only full-price items claimed within 30 days days of purchase are refundable. Purchases made during our seasonal sales, discounts or online markdowns are final sale.

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we only ship to US and Canada by DHL Parcel Plus ground service. Delivery times varies by location, expect between 4 - 10 business days. We offer free ground shipping over $75 for US only, except Hawaii. 

Orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours of the purchase date. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.

 

RISK OF LOSS OF PACKAGE

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon Maison Kin's delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and or lost shipments.

Unfortunately Maison Kin cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages. You must contact the courier company for claims and also consider another secure address if your packages have been misplaced before.
