To start a return please visit our returns portal.
We offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order date on full priced items only. Items purchased using an online discount code or a gift card are not eligible for return or a refund, no exceptions. Shipping costs both ways are non refundable. Products purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a full bundle. Products purchased using a gift card are final sale. Opened discovery sets are not eligible for return or refund.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders outside the United States due to international shipping regulations. International orders are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. For Canada please allow 8 - 18 business days for delivery.
In the case of damages, missing or incorrect items, please send a photo depicting the issue.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
What items are returnable?
All items are returnable however only full-price items claimed within 30 days days of purchase are refundable. Purchases made during our seasonal sales, discounts or online markdowns are final sale.

Currently we only ship to US and Canada. Delivery times varies by location, expect between 4 - 8 business days within US, some locations may take longer. For Canada, kindly allow up to 18 business days as packages have to clear Canadian customs.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed on our website. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.
RISK OF LOSS OF PACKAGE
Maison Kin is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery showing on the carriers website. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. Customer must ensure they provide an address where delivery can be made safely. Maison Kin is not responsible for orders missing from front door or porch. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that whatever address they provide can receive packages safely.
