I have Tam Dao already and did a 1:1 comparisons after receiving MKs India and man this is exactly what Tam Dao smells like. A nice fresh sandalwood unisex fragrance slightly masculine leaning. I have purchased a lot of fragrances and would be providing separate reviews for all the perfumes as and when I get some time. My only request would be to add more variety i.e. adding Triumph of Baccus by Argos, Roja & Nishane's etc. You guys can definitely do it!!

This is a sweet unisex fragrance that I'm in love with. The packaging was well done, but after unboxing it and sprayed it on my hand...ugghh absolute heavenly scent. I put this thing on at 11am Sunday morning and 13 hours later after a long sweaty day it's just starting to wear off. I received so many compliments today about the scent. I would say don't overkill especially in the hot months, it may come off too sweet and overbearing for some people. Less is more.

This smells exactly like TF Soliei Blanc. It's a skin scent with the essence of summer. It is a complex scent that is soft, sexy and classy. Blended so perfectly that not any one note over-powers the other. It lasts as long as TF unfortunately. Maybe a higher concentration would resolve the issue and then it would be superior to the original. The bottle is nice and white was a good choice.

I have a few fragrances inspired by Layton, and I really do like what MK has done with theirs. It's a beautiful scent, and while it isn't the strongest in my collection, I do find the overall scent to be more appealing than the others. It's a little early in the year for this fragrance anyway (July), so maybe by the time the cooler weather hits it'll have matured a bit and last a little longer. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen that.

A good friend of mine who works in fragrances said it best, "In an industry that has been leaning heavy into gender neutral fragrances, I ADORE a man who wears Ombre Leather and smells like a man." While I personally love a number of unisex fragrances, I can also say from experience that the attention that I get when I wear a heavily masculine fragrance is just different. This is one of those fragrances. Very well done and worth a try.

My girlfriend bought this one, and I've tried it as well. It is very sweet in the beginning. Straight up cherries, but not in a cloying way. In the dry down is where this shines. Men, don't be afraid of the top notes. Let it sit and watch what happens. Beautifully done, MK!

Love this fragrance! Very close to the original. Leans a bit feminine, but works well with my skin so I don't mind that at all. It isn't a long lasting fragrance, but neither is the original. Use unscented lotion to prolong its staying power. Beautifully fresh and clean, like a walk on the coast. Absolute gem!

Love the fragrance. Wish that I could still purchase the LEONARDO. Will you have that again?

Great product…smells wonderful

This was my 3rd out of 6 purchases I’ve made from MK, and admittedly I wasn’t a huge fan initially. It was fine, but I immediately enjoyed my other purchases and was expecting the same here. There was a note in the fragrance that just wasn’t landing quite right with me at first. However, like all of the 50+ frags in my collection, I committed to wearing it for a few days to see what happens, and I’m glad I did. This is such a beautiful scent that settles nicely in the dry down, and while it’s not a heavy projector, it smells amazing on my skin. I think in the end it was more me getting out of my comfort zone with a new profile than anything else, and I’m glad I did. Love this fragrance. Another banger from the folks at Maison Kim!

I don’t even know what Baccarat Rouge 540 smells like. I purchased Modern Rouge blindly. And WOW! The scent is so intoxicating! It’s SEXY AF! I put some on for the first time last night and I got stopped a few times telling me I smell really good! I wished the scent lasted longer on the skin. It lasted longer on my clothes. With that said, I need to get another bottle just so I can spray my bed sheets and pillows. I’m really digging this scent! Obsessed! I hope the other 3 scents (Atticus, Jago, and Napoleon) I purchased don’t disappoint!!
