I got both the Austin set and this one delivered. Austin was decent, but nothing to write home about. Taylor, however, was completely rancid smelling. Every bottle was clearly expired and they all smelled like pure alcohol. Chucked em immediately. What a waste of money.

We’re sorry to hear this was your impression. All of our fragrances undergo quality checks prior to dispatch, and we do not ship expired inventory. That said, scent perception can vary from person to person, and alcohol-forward notes can be more noticeable immediately after transit or in colder conditions. This effect can also be amplified when multiple fragrances are smelled in quick succession without allowing the nose time to reset.
This is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have. We’d recommend revisiting the fragrances with short breaks between each, smell coffee beans if you have them handy between testing different fragrances to help reset the nose - and if the issue persists, please reach out to our customer service team so we can assist you further.

Maison Kin is a very professional & affordable company!
I had an issue with an order and emailed mk and within a complete total of 24 hours of me receiving the order they already emailed me back, and came up with a resolution and were extremely easy to work with! Although it's not fun to have an issue with an order most people don't want to reach out to a company customer service, due to the "usual/normal" hateful representatives, or feeling like it's just a waste of time. I can honestly tell you that I was beyond impressed, and surprised with Maison Kin customer service as well as their products! I absolutely admire, appreciate, and respect a company like MK! They have amazing quality products, and incredible prices!! The 6 products I have tried have been amazing quality and & have great staying power. It doesn't matter how strong or light the scent is it stays on for hours, and I love that you don't have to continuously reapply to get any kind of payoff! Maison Kin has definitely found a loyal customer! I look forward to making many more purchases and discovering all that they have to offer! Companies could really learn a lot from MK and how you not only run a business, but to also treat each customer as a human being instead of just another number! Amazing job Maison Kin keep up the amazing work! Thank You for doing things in a very kind, respectful, caring, professional, and understanding way, y'all are hands down the best company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with! The price on the sets are great for trying new scents; unfortunately I didn't like any of these and sets cannot be returned (understandably). But, I have purchased 4 other perfumes from Madison Kin and loved them all. So, on my next purchase I will be sure that I like at least one.
