Jago is a beautiful sandalwood scent, pleasantly smooth and realistic. It opens with a nice woody accord, which is lifted by peppery cardamom. There are subtle hints of powdery iris and pine forest notes. Sandalwood is the key, and here it is soft and rich: undemanding and enjoyable. As Jago develops, an animalic leather note comes to the fore, complementing the sandalwood nicely.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Have you tried Santal 33 by Le Labo — the fragrance that inspired Jago? It’s one of Le Labo’s bestsellers, but definitely not a scent profile for everyone. I actually didn’t love it myself the first time I tried it!
You could try layering Jago with Italo (which I see you’ve purchased too) — the combination really balances the sandalwood beautifully. If sandalwood isn’t your style, pairing it with something fresher, like a vetiver-based scent, can make a big difference. A friend introduced me to this layering combo and it smelt amazing to me.

Not last for long
The perfume is very good, you put it on and it doesn't smell good, but in 2 minutes or less, it starts to smell very good, I recommend it. I give it 4 stars because the smell, does not last more than 4 hours, it ends very quickly.
